This clinic is located on the 23th Floor of the Baker Pavilion in the NewYork-Presbyterian
Hospital. The hospital is at the corner of 68th Street and York Avenue,
across from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. The Baker elevators
are located to the left of the information desk when you enter the hospital
from the circle drive on 68th Street. The elevators are labeled the “F” elevator
bank.
Directions/Transportation to the clinic
By Bus:
- M15: Take the bus up 1st Avenue to the 67th Street stop. Exit the bus and make a right on 68th Street. Walk to York Avenue and cross the street. As you continue you will see the circle drive and entrance to the hospital. Photo identification is required to enter the building.
- M31: Exit the bus at the stop on 69th and York. Walk to 68th and make a left. As you continue you will see the circle drive and entrance to the hospital. Photo identification is required to enter the building.
- M66 from the west side: This bus will let you off at the corner of 68th and York. Continue across York until you see the circle drive and entrance to the hospital. Photo identification is required to enter the building.
By Train:
- Take the number 6 train to the 68th street stop.
- When you exit the train, you will be at the corner of 68th Street and Lexington Avenue.
- Walk East on 68th Street.
- The first street you cross will be 3rd Avenue.
- Follow 68th street to York.
- After crossing York, continue until you see the circle drive and entrance to the hospital.
- Photo identification is required to enter the building.
